Good afternoon, Brenda, welcome to Clermont and we apologize that you did not receive the exceptional customer service experience we strive for every day and as a new resident to our Gem in the Hills. In checking our service record, I have four Greers in Clermont, but not one of them has Brenda as a first name. Since this is a private, secure means of communication through DealerRater, would you be comfortable providing your address so we can find out what happened and the Associate(s) within our Service Department that worked with you? We would sincerely like to resolve this for you the a manner that is satisfactory to you and will allow us another opportunity to show that this was an extremely regrettable one-time event for you. It is obvious from your comments that we did not explain to you why we would send out your vehicle for body work. We are embarrassed that this happened to you. We would like to explain why to you now. We are a Platinum LEED dealership, we were not able to have an on-site body shop. So we offer three opinions to our guests. One to allow our Hyundai store in Sanford, with a complete body shop to do the work; Rachel’s, which is about 2 miles from us or Universal, in Clermont. We would handle getting your vehicle there and back to the shop of your choice. We would like to know on your reply the body shop we sent you to for the work and if you did go there. We assume you are referring the DealerRater website? Did you have a difficult time being able to post your comment? Thank you for your kind comments on our Associates and the building. Yes, I had trouble emailing my comments. I've not been in your dealership but my hubby has as we live around the corner in Heritage Hills. 3604 Corsica Lane,I have been in the Winter Haven Honda dealership many times, even on their tv commercial. Jim says you dealership is clean, neat and comfortable, the staff very friendly and has wifi. for him. That they do not have nitrogen fill, an in house repair department and no list of tow companies available is a concern. We are new to the area, know very few people and although the operator offered to google me a tow company which I refused as I carry an iPad, it should've been in front of her. I called 4-6 towing companies looking for a boost. AARP/Allstate transferred my call to India! For help. Needless to say they got an email today too. Out sourcing when we are paying for the AARP to represent us well that must doesn't sit right for me. I ordered your new 2014 road map disc for Jim for Christmas. If he has problems getting it to work he'll be at the dealership for help. Ps all we needed was a jump which Pep Boys towing company, gave us. They estimated a 70 minute wait time but were there in 30 minutes or less. They have a towing service by the way. Lesson learned. Make sure my cell phone is charged. Better yet I'm going back to On Star. Don't like Hondas phone system at all. Never could work it properly. Love the navigation system and the A/C and seat systems. Brandon, sorry your felt our response was placing the blame for our treatment of your wife and you solely on Coggin. That was not our intent and I feel my execution did just the opposite. I was trying to say that the experience at Coggin already had you very stressed from what happened and our manager’s very unprofessional and uncouth treatment added to the emotions. We have addressed this with him and he acknowledged his treatment of you. Every week we review and discuss all experiences that our customers let us know about as a group how to improve. We believe, “There is no best only better.” We are sorry you do not want to return and give us a second chance to prove to you that this was an isolated experience. Occasionally, everyone slips up and deserves the opportunity to make things right. If you still feel strongly about not returning; than please give the second change to Coggin for your Honda.
