I would gladly drive the 200 miles again I purchased my new-to-me 2011 Honda Pilot from Heiser Chevrolet the night before Thanksgiving…and the experience only gave me more to be grateful and I purchased my new-to-me 2011 Honda Pilot from Heiser Chevrolet the night before Thanksgiving…and the experience only gave me more to be grateful and thankful for. I had been searching for weeks for a reliable yet also reasonably priced used SUV to replace my current vehicle that I just didn’t want to afford anymore. So as part of my search, I was also looking for a dealership that would be willing to give me a fair trade for a vehicle that cost more than what I was purchasing. Heiser checked all of the boxes…and then some. It was the easiest car buying and trading experience I have ever encountered. At no point did I feel “hassled” or pressured about my decisions. I was able to be open and honest about what I wanted from my purchase, as well as the trade, and they were the same towards me. This was even before we drove the 100 miles from the Chicago suburbs to West Allis. I wasn’t going to make the drive unless I was 100% sure and there was zero hesitation about how the transaction was going to go. Heiser did not disappoint. As soon as we pulled up, we were met by Daryl Smith who took care of us over the next couple of hours. During that time we also met other associates and managers, including Brian Crandall, all of which were so nice and friendly. I told my husband that this must be what the celebrities feel like when they go shopping. Financing went as quickly as it possibly could and of course they ask the standard questions about extended warranties and other options yet understood and politely accepted if our decision was to decline. In the past when I have left the dealership parking lot, there was always some part of me that didn’t feel good about the experience – and I always felt tired, like I just had a long workout. Not after this purchase. I highly recommend Heiser for their professionalism, value (on multiple levels) and friendliness.. More

Arrived at the dealership promptly at 9 am and left their sister dealership after a wild goose chase for a second set of keys at 4:15pm. The closing process took two hours with a rookie finance person. No interaction with management even though I was waiting around for 7 hours. I wrote a very nice email to the owner with a copy to marketing. In the letter I detailed my buying experience, make suggestions, trying to positive. Never heard from them. Apparently I did not express myself through the proper channels, thus this review. Frankly I would not return to this dealer under any circumstances. More

Worth the drive from Chicago I purchased a 2016 Suburban from Heiser Chevrolet this week. I drove almost 2 hours to get to the dealership I would do it again in a heartbeat. When I got to Heiser, Jason Clark, whom I had spoken to on the phone, was ready to show me a fantastic price on a phenomenal car. No monkey business as it relates to the vehicle or "special offers" that I did not qualify for. The price online was the price I was offered (before negotiating of course :). It was refreshing, given experiences I've had at other dealers. I will buy my next Chevy from Heiser, even it is a longer ride, it is totally worth it. More

false promises, bad shuttle service, unorganized Brought my impala in for a recall repair and oil change. I was told the repair would take 3-4 hours so I scheduled my appointment for 8:45am because I Brought my impala in for a recall repair and oil change. I was told the repair would take 3-4 hours so I scheduled my appointment for 8:45am because I needed to leave for work by 3:10pm, giving myself over 6 hours time for the repair. I told the service rep who was organizing the shuttle rides that I just needed to be back by 3, he assured me that was fine. 2:30 rolls along and I call them to see if we were on track in case I needed to arrange for a carpool with a coworker, again I was assured it would be fine and the driver would be leaving shortly. Received a call at 2:48 saying the driver was leaving in 2 minutes. Well, cutting it close here, I live 12 minutes from the service center, but I would be alright still. Once the driver got to my house at 3:05 I was told we needed to pick up another passenger. I told him I was gonna be late now and his reply was "Uh-Oh". That's it. Get to the service center at 3:46, received a "thank you for your patience" and my bill. Now I'm out a half hour pay, received an attendance point, and am ineligible for our quarterly perfect attendance bonus. I could have set up a carpool easily but didn't bother to because I was told I would get back in time, thanks a lot Heiser, great customer service. More
