Hello: Heiser sincerely apologizes for this inconvenience. We try to move our customers through the process as quickly as possible. When the vehicle was not up to standard in terms of delivery, we offered to detail it again, but heard you would prefer to receive a further discount. Our Chevy store does not have the ability to cut keys thus our General Manager, Brian Crandall got involved and called over to the Toyota store. He was assured they could cut the key and had a remote. We are very sorry this was not the case thus they arranged to order one and have it delivered to a dealership near you at our expense. We are asking our Customer Relations Manager to reach out and call you to discuss this further. Thank you for the feedback.
