My visit was for routine maintenance on my 2014 Chevy Impala LTZ Limited (only 43,000 miles). The guys at the service desk ere both friendly and professional. The car was ready on time, and i notic Impala LTZ Limited (only 43,000 miles). The guys at the service desk ere both friendly and professional. My service report was concise, and one item that will require attention in the future was brought to my attention. The Service Department has always been the best part of this dealership. There have been several excellent Service Advisors, but they don't seem to last very long. The constant turnover makes me wonder wha this dealership. There have been several excellent Service Advisors, but they don't seem to last very long. I waited 30 minutes to be helped because the system was down. They kept my car for 3 days to discover there was no problem but it’s still doing the same thing.
