I was given better pricing for service than any other dealership. They promised that car would be done a certain day and it was finished a day early. The car I picked up is not the same car that I dropped off. I went in to have a factory recall taken care of. That was done along with front end work they stated was a huge safety issue. Now the car runs terribly, the drive is bumpy and I don’t feel safe. I did not have one issue with the car, other than the recall and now I have numerous issues including the brakes. I never once had an issue with the brakes, the write up a work order stating my brakes are bad and now I find myself having to pump them. What did they do to my car?? I feel I was given damaged goods. More
