Making it right After having some routine maintenance performed on my car, including an oil change, I picked up my car and returned home, The next day I noticed a sma After having some routine maintenance performed on my car, including an oil change, I picked up my car and returned home, The next day I noticed a small amount of oil on my garage floor. I wiped it up And hoped that would be the end of it. The following day there were a few more drips. I contacted Heiser and they told me to bring it in and they’d check it out. Unfortunately my car was going into storage for winter and I wouldn’t have a chance. They said no problem, bring it back in spring, which I did. They checked it out, replaced the oil filter and cleaned the underside of the car at no charge. They also apologized for the inconvenience. Sooner or later we all run into a problem. What counts is how the problem is addressed. Heiser stood behind their work and made it right without making any excuses. They were very professional and great to work with. I’ll definitely go back to Heiser for my future service needs! More
It’s close to a month and I’m still not receiving any help or suggestions... I was offered a detail which I should have received when I purchased the car... I lost that comfortable feeling right after my fiancé signed the paperwork... once the contract was signed all hospitality went out the window and it was on to the next customer... due to this sale friendships, trust and security was lost... as a former employee it’s hard to believe this is the treatment I received even after leaving with no hard feelings... STRIKE 2!!!! The service department has even become rude when answering the phone... I guess they just as tired of me calling and coming in to the company just as much as I am...I was even referred to as a trouble maker, maybe it was a joke and if it was it was done in poor taste and at a bad time so yes I found it disrespectful and under poor judgement.... I’m sorry for going on so long but I’m at witts end and fed up. More
An Outstanding Detail on my Navigator I was jumping with joy and and super impressed with the great job of detailing my 2019 Lincoln Navigator Joe's team at Heiser Lincoln did last week. I was jumping with joy and and super impressed with the great job of detailing my 2019 Lincoln Navigator Joe's team at Heiser Lincoln did last week. Joe called me personally, thereby providing good service before the date to make sure we were in sync about my expectations. He then called me again the minute the car was delivered to ensure my expectations were totally met - which they were. Detailing is one of the most laborious activities a dealership can undertake. It takes a technician or a team of folks to execute the job who have a special eye for the smallest detail, (no pun intended here.) Heiser must have groomed just the right group of folks because my car came back smelling, looking and feeling like the day it came off the showroom floor. Everything looked so "perfect." It's a good thing the passenger door was closed, because the seats were so clean and slick - - - if I weren't careful I would have slid all the way through the vehicle and out the other side - -if I did not hang on when I jumped in fast on the driver's side. - - - It was THAT clean - YES it was! From the carpets, to the seats, to the headliner, the body and even the glove box. And even my biggest sticking point in a detail job - - the windows! They were STREAKLESS! To me this is the Home Run Swing! Both inside and out! I normally get my cars detailed twice a year and you can ask the place I normally go. They know what a stickler I am about perfection on my windows. Well - I am excited to say - Joe's team at Heiser pulled off the BIG one this time and came through like real PRO's on my 2019 Lincoln Navigator. They hit the HOME Run for me! If you are thinking about having your vehicle detailed, then you need to think no further than calling Joe at Heiser to make your appointment for today! I guarantee you will be excited you did.
