Lack of communication and multiple delays in service Original installation date was supposed to be 10/22. I had to call to check on the status of my car only to find out that the wrong kit was ordered (t Original installation date was supposed to be 10/22. I had to call to check on the status of my car only to find out that the wrong kit was ordered (this phone call should have been to me, not from me). I was told the correct kit would be in the following week and I'd receive a phone call. After 8 days, I called and the kit had been in for a few days - no phone call to me again. Dropped car off on October 31st for what was supposed to be a 7am installation - finished by 1 pm. I called to check on the car in the early afternoon, sat on hold for over 10 minutes, and it turned out that my car had not been touched. I was told it would be done by Friday, November 1st, by 1pm, and was assured I would be called when completed. Not hearing from Heiser AGAIN, I called and the car had still not been serviced. I was not able to pick up my car until November 4th. The lack of communication at Heiser Ford is atrocious. We will never bring our 2 Fords here again. More
Poor attention to detail and fear mongering Service techs don’t put the car back the way they found it. Specifically, the trunk liner had to be moved to change a tail light bulb...it was left pu Service techs don’t put the car back the way they found it. Specifically, the trunk liner had to be moved to change a tail light bulb...it was left pulled out. Given how much you charge to change a bulb...the car should be in better condition when returned to the owner. The multi point inspections are nice but the urgency with which you sell the items on the list reeks of opportunitistic upselling. More
