Poor Service and Communication I've gone to Heiser Ford 3 times in 4 years. The first time I was disappointed with their service so I didn't go back until a few weeks ago when I nee I've gone to Heiser Ford 3 times in 4 years. The first time I was disappointed with their service so I didn't go back until a few weeks ago when I needed a recall service done. They are a 5 minute drive from my home so I figured I'd try again. I was told the service would take 3 hours which turned into 2 days. No one ever bothered to call me with any updates. I had to call both days for updates. I was contacted about my poor review for them on their survey and was offered a free detailing for my troubles. I was told the service would take 2 hours. 6 hours later I was told my car was ready. I got there on my lunch break and it was not ready. I spent my whole lunch break waiting on my car. The car looked better than when I took it in but it was not a thorough job. Communication is horrible here. I would rather go back to another dealership miles away with better service. More

Presented a coupon for $49.95 oil change, which s I experienced some communication miscues: Showed up at 8 am, was told my appointment was for 9 am. Presented a coupon for $49.95 oil change, which stated it included synthetic oil, then was told the final amount charged was higher because my car required synthetic oil. (I see nothing on the final invoice to indicate the coupon was applied.) I never have had either problem at other dealers in the past. Waiting area was pleasant and quiet, personnel were polite and helpful. Service adviser said he would try to work my car in sooner, due to the appointment mix-up, but it appeared he was not able to do so. I had a question about Sync I wanted to ask, but adviser was gone before I remembered it; I had been there long enough and didn't want to wait for him to be located. Young lady called to follow up on service but spoke too quickly on my voicemail for me to get her name. Had I been able to, I would have called her back to advise her about these problems. My husband was wowed the first time he brought my car here for service. I was not but am keeping an open mind for future visits. More

Outstanding sales consultant Hutch is an outstanding sales consultant. He is fair and always timely.
