Started out Great, then not so great My salesperson was awesome! I even enjoyed the financing experience, which many can't say. Kristina and Dave were a delight. Buying a car can be stres My salesperson was awesome! I even enjoyed the financing experience, which many can't say. Kristina and Dave were a delight. Buying a car can be stressful, so they did a great job making me feel comfortable. Then, however, I noticed two scratches on a brand new car I was to take home. That was a major bummer. The fixing of the scratches was a long-drawn-out process that could have been dealt with more efficiently and less of a hassle on both ends. I feel communication within this dealership needs to improve and with the body shop, too. Honestly, I would have given 4 or 5 stars to this dealership if it was only based on my experiences with Dave and Kristina. But, I believe organizations need to hear how they can improve. I felt Heiser tried to penny-pinch with me in the beginning with just a touch-up job on a "brand new car" instead of directly going to the body shop-scratches were deep. Then after that, it was back and forth miscommunication. I think the dealership could improve on that part. More
