I can't even express my gratitude to Kristina Beck (finance) and Brandi Winfrey (sales). These two are a power force in making it happen for you no matter your situation. Kristina with her diligence and Brandi with his honesty. I was going crazy thinking that this was going too be the worst experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle but, I've never dealt with a sales person like Brandi anywhere who was actually in tuned to what his customer actually was feeling and needed. And oh my goodness Kristina.... she put in the WORK!!! that financing! And boy did I need the help! I was in tears that day and they helped me and when I left there..... OH did I mention it's was on a holiday and they worked til closing with me. I left with the car "I WANTED" and a smile on my face. THANK YOU Guys and please if anyone reads this go see Kristina and Brandi. More

My car was left with mud all over the carpet and mats after it was detailed & the frame was bent from putting it on the lift. Usually when I pick it up my car is left a mess grease on the door, paper mat after it was detailed & the frame was bent from putting it on the lift. Usually when I pick it up my car is left a mess grease on the door, paper mats on floor, back seats not put down, carpet not reconnected on back seat. I was overcharged for work done. It is always something! More
