Not very helpful . I have a warranty but was told was rear main . But warranty won't cover it because they didn't physically remove the tranny to see it. If it is not the rear main I have to pay $800 to have the tranny taken out. I don't think a warranty should be like that I'm on disability I don't have a disposable income. And the dealer will not work with me. More
Check engine light, turned to a month of no fixes. To now it had to be taken to another shop. I wish I had quicker updates on the issue and quick turnaround on the true issue with the car. Very poor follow-up (still waiting) on why routine oil/filter/tire rotation maintenance was not covered under Lincoln Black Label plan. My car was towed on dec 21, finally got an answer on the problem a month later: it only needed a battery replacement. I had a rental car bill for a month. Multiple phone calls over that time and no one new problem a month later: it only needed a battery replacement. I had a rental car bill for a month. Multiple phone calls over that time and no one new what could tell me what was wrong. I was told my paperwork had been sitting in a drawer most of that time with no diagnostics even done.
