Terrible in every phase of customer service. I had to ask for a car wash and the attendant told me it was not running , but someone changed their mind and decide to run in through (quickly) their wash. I hope they changed the oil! More

Have always had great service from Heiser but this time I had a 1:30 appointment for oil change and I waited over 2 hours and then went to see what was the problem and then the service person said he would t had a 1:30 appointment for oil change and I waited over 2 hours and then went to see what was the problem and then the service person said he would track it down. No oil change should take over two hours. Luckily I did not have to pay for it because it was part of my deal on the car. More
