We had a great experience. James hicks and Chad Covert were great to work very knowledgeable. We are very happy with our Explorer. Customer Non Service, With poor attitude. I had arranged to drop my Highlander off on Tuesday for service on Wednesday. It took 25 minutes just to check in. When I arrived I mentioned the fa I had arranged to drop my Highlander off on Tuesday for service on Wednesday. It took 25 minutes just to check in. When I arrived I mentioned the fact that I was just dropping my vehicle off for next day service, I was immediately told in a stern voice and with a condescending attitude " you will have to wait because you will have to sign some papers". It went downhill from there, the young lady who addressed me was very rude and unprofessional. I am not going any further with this review, and in my baseball world 2 strikes your out, and because this is the second time i was not satisfied with the service reps. I will not be having my vehicle serviced at Heiser. More

fix Check Engine light Originally they said bring it in at the appointed time: 8:45 a.m. the next day. We asked if we could bring it in the afternoon of the previous day. No Originally they said bring it in at the appointed time: 8:45 a.m. the next day. We asked if we could bring it in the afternoon of the previous day. No problem. Brought it in. They called me about an hour later with a description of the problem and a solution. I gave them the go-ahead. About an hour later, they called me to say the car was ready. Nice job -- even one day early! More

He went through all of the manuals, features, helped me set up my phone and even spent a ton of time going through the car and it’s features.
