I was not pleased with the service I received today In general everyone was kind of indignant. The issue I brought my car in for is still not resolved, they wanted 90.00 to do some test. I had someone verify before I brought it in that it was the heat shield. I think it was just a way to extort more money from me. The lady who called me regarding the test was not pleasant, the check out ladies were rude. Overall not happy with the service I got today. Normally it is very good , not today. I may look elsewhere. Messy Oil Change, TPMS not reading I have always had great service at Heiser Toyota, This time I'm not sure what happened. Saturday after I got home, I walked past the front of my truc I have always had great service at Heiser Toyota, This time I'm not sure what happened. Saturday after I got home, I walked past the front of my truck, I could smell a hint of oil burning. So I popped the hood, there was oil allover the engine cover, with puddles in the indentations. I took pictures and removed the cover and cleaned it up. Also noticed that the TPMS wasn't reading on the dash, when I ran through the menus. More
