I stopped in the dealership and scheduled the oil change for 10 am. Then, I received an email stating that the appointment was scheduled for 1 am!! I tried to respond back to the email, but could not, since it was automated. So, I had to call the dealership during business hours and confirm that the actual time was 10 am. You may want to create a way for customers to respond to the automated email. Thank you. More

Martin and team at Heiser Auto Body did a fabulous job on my Sienna yesterday, following my hitting a snow bank--installed new lig Best car day ever! Martin and team at Heiser Auto Body did a fabulous job on my Sienna yesterday, following my hitting a snow bank--installed new light AND push out bumper dent in 45 minutes, not the two hours projected. Saves me big money on a new bumper! They were gracious and friendly and smiling! Then Josette at the dealership patiently took a great deal of time to get me through to the service department there, and Dana told me to come in right away, saving me an hour round trip today for my original appointment. Since I'm scheduled to drive south next week, I am exceptionally grateful! Very disappointed with Dana schliz she shouldn't be allowed to deal with public. This is the second time now that she made me feel uncomfortable asking questions her tone and attitude she is not a peo allowed to deal with public.
