I did my research and went in knowing exactly what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay. Jason was able to meet the price I offered without multiple trips back and forth with counter offers. He was transparent and made the process quick and easy. With this being my first hybrid vehicle, I had a ton of questions and Jason was extremely knowledgeable. His knowledge was what set him apart from other sales people I've worked with (at other dealerships). He was able to answer all of my questions and clearly explained all of the features of the vehicle. At no point in the process did I feel rushed, pressured, talked down to, or like I was being tricked into something. It might seem that those are standard expectations when doing business, but I have felt all of those things (and probably worse) with other dealerships/sales people. I am thrilled with my new car and will definitely be going back there for my next one! More
