front brake problem Had the front brake pads replaced. Afterwards the car made horrible noises when backing up. Brought it back twice could not duplicate the noise? It was so bad I had a person knock on my window in a parking lot to tell me I better get my brakes looked at. I don't know if it was a stone caught in the brakes, but it finally stopped making the crunching noise, but still squeals when backing up. It has done that before but only when the weather was really damp or raining. Not as bad as it was. More

Pretty Easy No one says “Yay, I’m going auto shopping!” But my experience with Heiser was pretty easy. I got the hard sell at a couple of other dealerships, one tried to sell me something I didn’t want, and one treated me like something on the bottom of their shoe. None of these things happened at Heiser. Jorgo listened carefully, treated me respectfully, and was responsive at every step along the way.
