Confusing and Frustrating Experience My wife and I road tested a toyota and were told by the salesperson that 3 months of satellite radio would be included in the sale and an interior acc My wife and I road tested a toyota and were told by the salesperson that 3 months of satellite radio would be included in the sale and an interior accessory would be included also. Once I got home after purchase neither of these things were included. I called to get the interior item added and they said the salesperson made a mistake and they would sell it to me for a discounted price. I asked to talk to a supervisor and got the same response - so I asked the dealer manager to call me back and then they finally included the interior feature (less than 100 dollars). The salesperson said she said that when we test drove another car but we only test drove one! The car doesn't come set up with satellite radio so I didn't pursue it. As part of the purchase I paid to get remote start added and they said I just had to make an appointment to get it installed. I called the service dept and made an appointment for the next week. I brought my car in before going to work and used the shuttle service to get to work. Once at work I got a call telling me that there were no mechanics schedule to install remote start and they asked me who made the appointment! I rescheduled for the next week and it did get installed then. I tend to operate from a "3 strikes and you're out" rule when dealing with companies. Heiser is definitely OUT. More

2019 Highlander We were looking to get the basic LE Highlander model, but the Roger did not have in his inventory. Roger went out and found an LE model at another dea We were looking to get the basic LE Highlander model, but the Roger did not have in his inventory. Roger went out and found an LE model at another dealer and brought it in for us. He not only matched a competitors online price but did a little better. We also had a Sienna that the lease was up and it was over mileage. He worked with management to buy out the lease, so we did not have to pay for being over in mileage. The process was quick and easy. We signed and agreement for the vehicle, left a down payment and set a pick up date for 5 days later. When we came in the Highlander was pulled up, Roger gave us a tour of all the different items the car had and even helped us our phones set up. While we went in to sign all the paperwork, Roger transferred the plates and we were ready to go once all the paperwork was signed. Quick and easy, unlike the 5 hours it took when we bought our F150. Overall, outstanding service, felt we got a good deal and the process was quick and easy from start to finish More
