10k check up and oil change Was 10:30 appointment for oil change and 10 k check up, was told 60 mins, ended up being 100 mins. We left and I came back 90 mins later and checked i Was 10:30 appointment for oil change and 10 k check up, was told 60 mins, ended up being 100 mins. We left and I came back 90 mins later and checked in with all three in service writer area and told to wait in lounge. Finally called me on cell phone and forgot 10 mins later I was 10 feet away. This is our first non GM product and first Toyota. I have not been impressed with service department at Heiser Toyota. Both times we had our brand new 2019 Sienna Limited AWD in for regular 5 & 10 K service, there is no car wash from dealer quick and customer appreciation from the service dept like you want to keep customers coming back to Heiser Toyota for sales and service. More

They were fast and efficient and finish on time as promised! My last experience was very bad as they took over 2hrs to just change oil. but this time they were very fast and efficient and finish on time!.
