Horrible! I had the worst car buying experience of my life at this dealership. From the moment we arrived at the dealership, Joe was nothing short of arrogant, condescending and rude. He lied about the condition of the vehicle and actually laughed at our potential trade-in. We drove from Madison with the hope of purchasing the vehicle, but after being treated in such a way, we instead left in disgust. They should be ashamed and embarrassed to have such an individual working at their dealership. I will personally never step foot on their lot again, and I will go out of my way to discourage all others from visiting this establishment. More

Rav 4 from Heiser Toyota After visiting several other car dealerships and being treated in a less than friendly manner, I stopped in at Heiser. I was greeted by Donnie Her wh After visiting several other car dealerships and being treated in a less than friendly manner, I stopped in at Heiser. I was greeted by Donnie Her who helped me through my purchase. I can't say enough good stuff about him. He was friendly, very thorough in showing me the car I was interested in and answered all my questions. He gave me a small tour of the facility and even cleaned my old license plates before he put them on my new car. He made my car buying experience at Heiser a real pleasure. I would definitely recommend Donnie Her to anyone interested in buying a car. More

Roger Droukas is a very friendly sales consultant who attempts to do his best to help the customer find the right vehicle. He took time out to show us the features of our new vehicle and spent a great d attempts to do his best to help the customer find the right vehicle.
