We were having problems finding out what kind of body work was done on our vehicle and finally were referred to Chad Covert. There were several things that we felt should have been fixed before we took work was done on our vehicle and finally were referred to Chad Covert. There were several things that we felt should have been fixed before we took ownership of the vehicle. He listened to our concerns and came up with a "service" plan that we were very happy with. The work was performed, and we are very happy. We are very impressed with Chad. A-1 employee - a perfect example of customer service. Thank you again Chad. More

Scheduling was ridiculous. My appointment was at 9 am and it took 1 hr 45 min after arriving for a mechanic to even look at my car. Then I was told I needed a bunch of things, My appointment was at 9 am and it took 1 hr 45 min after arriving for a mechanic to even look at my car. Then I was told I needed a bunch of things, including a new set of tires which I already explained to Josh that I had purchased and then they were scheduled to be installed. He wanted to do a tire rotation anyway and I had to tell him no twice. I was told the brake work I needed would be about $2000, which seemed crazy so I refused this. When I received my paperwork under refused work it listed the brakes around $900 total. I had explained to Josh that my tire pressure indicator light is on and he assured me it would be fixed. But it came right back on again once I started driving. Bottom line is this - if service were provided in a timely, respectful manner and communication better, I probably would have had all the work done at Heiser and it would have saved my a lot of hassle. But instead my time and patience were wasted due to inefficiency and poor communication. More
Well it didn't start very well. I had to wait at least 10 minutes for them to move cars so I could get in the garage, then at least another 15 minutes to have someone take my info ( I had to wait at least 10 minutes for them to move cars so I could get in the garage, then at least another 15 minutes to have someone take my info (I did have an appt but by this time I was late). After that they did get my car done fairly quickly so that was great. I was expecting my car to be washed. Didn't you used to do that after a car service or am I thinking of a different dealership??
