After I replaced 4 brand new tires my tire sensor light came on. I was charged $72.80 dollars to get a diagnostic check. The Tech said he would waive the charges if it needed to be fixed. I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THE FRIENDLINESS OF THE STAFF AS WELL AS THEIR FAST SERVICE. I WAS THEIR FOR AN OIL CHANGE, TIRE ROTATION AND NEW WIPER BLADES. MY APPOINTMENT WAS 11;15 AND I WAS INFORMED MY VEHICLE WELL AS THEIR FAST SERVICE. I WAS THEIR FOR AN OIL CHANGE, TIRE ROTATION AND NEW WIPER BLADES. MY APPOINTMENT WAS 11;15 AND I WAS INFORMED MY VEHICLE WAS READY AT 11:52. MUCH LESS THAN THE 2-1/2HOURS IT TOOK AT ANOTHER DEALER FOR THE SAME SERVICE. YOU CAN BET I WILL BE BACK AT HEISER FOR FURTHER SERVICE IN THE FUTURE! More
