Had an appointment for 11:15. When I went into office, no one acknowledge my presence. Two people at checkin desk and two at separate desks. Finally I asked the lady at the desk where to go. Later gentleman who wrote up my invoice, after looking at the car, suggested that I have two additional things done for $250 because of the age of the car. I took the invoice into lounge to wait and fortunately looked at the paper work. Color of the car was coded BLK. Date 2016. My car is red and date was 2019! It was bought to replace my 2016 black car! So, I ask someone to find the gentleman and promptly cancelled the additional suggested work. Glad I happened to read the invoice! When he checked the car more carefully and copied the correct vin number he realized his mistake and apologized. I really don't want him disciplined as anyone can make a mistake. This is just a "heads up" for training purposes. I have purchased 4 vehicles from you and have always been satisfied. More
