Servcie Deficiencies One of my fleet trucks was in for brake service three weeks ago and just last week the brake actuator pump had to be replaced for $3,000. Why wasn't One of my fleet trucks was in for brake service three weeks ago and just last week the brake actuator pump had to be replaced for $3,000. Why wasn't that caught three weeks ago? This isn't the first time a major repair was required shortly after service. We will be taking our trucks else where for service in the future. More

Everything went well. We were just having the cover put on the back of the truck. I had a small window of availability so I dropped it off the night before and they brought it to my home by 12pm the next d on the back of the truck. They do what needs to be done but you may find that each service advisor has a different level of knowledge. If I ask them to grease the drive shaft one will tell me it’s every 75K and the other will say ea service advisor has a different level of knowledge.
