Everything went well. We were just having the cover put on the back of the truck. I had a small window of availability so I dropped it off the night before and they brought it to my home by 12pm the next d on the back of the truck. They do what needs to be done but you may find that each service advisor has a different level of knowledge. If I ask them to grease the drive shaft one will tell me it’s every 75K and the other will say ea service advisor has a different level of knowledge. Service excellent! Customer service: needs improvement! Didn’t feel welcome. I thought the cashier had a really nasty attitude. Smooth and Easy I showed up, I registered (while maintaining social distance, thank you) and was ensconced in the waiting room (on a very comfortable chair) very quic I showed up, I registered (while maintaining social distance, thank you) and was ensconced in the waiting room (on a very comfortable chair) very quickly. After about an hour Bob came to tell me about some additional repairs/replacements he recommended. I consented and about 45 minutes later my car was finished. I appreciate the ease of it all. I drive 30 minutes to Heiser. I do it because I trust them to be competent and give me good value. So far, and this is my third Toyota, my trust hasn't been misplaced. More
