They check and did something , it works for a little and goes back to a cold air at the passenger side. At this moment my husband is driving and I am freezing on the passenger. Service great getting an appointment .. bad Service is great. I could not make a wait appointment on line so I called and made one. They have no coordination between service and appointment dept , or their computer system sucks. I am seriously considering not coming back for either of my Toyota vehicles. More

Wrong information provided! I purchased my vehicle here and have been having regular service performed for last several years including oil changes, wipers etc. "Loyalty points" I purchased my vehicle here and have been having regular service performed for last several years including oil changes, wipers etc. "Loyalty points" were accumulating and I received an email from Heiser Toyota of this. I inquired when scheduling my appointment if I had enough for a free oil change and they said yes, just let the office know when I come in. Thus, I went to check out and was told I needed to talk to service. Walked paperwork over there and was told no - that's not what they do and per the dark haired woman that walked over "I didn't have enough even for $10 off and they send a coupon for that in the mail so whatever I was told is not right" - after YEARS of service?! AND being told when scheduling with YOUR staff that I did? To be "nice" Bob said they would only charge me $45 instead of $55 for an oil change. I will NEVER take my cars in there for service again or recommend them for service! That is no way to treat a loyal customer or gain my business for future vehicle purchases... and I have 2 coming up and 1st of our kids will be driving in 2021... More
