Forgot to tighten valve caps Normally great service. I brought my Highlander in for a oil change. They also check and fill tires if needed. I found out about 4 days later that the Normally great service. I brought my Highlander in for a oil change. They also check and fill tires if needed. I found out about 4 days later that the valve stem covers on all the tires were completely loose. I knew because one was missing and then I checked the rest and found out they were all the way loose. I had to take my Highlander back in and have the tires rechecked and they replaced all my caps. Thank you for that. I wasn't happy at first, but you redeemed yourselves. It just had seemed like the job wasn't all the way complete at first. I always get great service from Heiser Toyota and appreciate! More

Inexcusably slow service I arrived on time for an appointment for a service that was scheduled to last one hour and my car wasn’t ready for over two and a half hours for no ex I arrived on time for an appointment for a service that was scheduled to last one hour and my car wasn’t ready for over two and a half hours for no excusable reason. The extremely long delay was especially difficult because I had my toddler with me. This dealership has no concern for your time. I would recommend servicing your vehicle somewhere else if you’re planning on waiting during the service. More

Flat tire I hit a pot hole and my tire blew. This was a brand new tire. I spoke with Joe Kuckuk and he said he will apply for a road hazard condition and my rep I hit a pot hole and my tire blew. This was a brand new tire. I spoke with Joe Kuckuk and he said he will apply for a road hazard condition and my replacement tire would be at no cost. I made an appointment for that day and was in and out of the service center in a timely fashion. Dana checked me in and was very friendly and professional. More

Above and beyond service My car has a stock sub-woofer in the back deck, and I was experiencing some vibration in the rear paneling when low frequencies were being played. I My car has a stock sub-woofer in the back deck, and I was experiencing some vibration in the rear paneling when low frequencies were being played. I admit I was expecting to get a response like "not much we can do, plastic loosens up, vibrations happen". Instead they took apart the rear deck, and sub-woofer assembly, tightened everything up, then proceeded to go through the whole back seat adding felt to any spot where plastic met metal. They asked if they could spend time going through it and ended up dedicating two hours of warranty time resolving the vibrating. A month later and there is no vibration sound at all. I have heard others having this issue online and they end up resolving themselves. I am so happy Heiser took care of me! More
