extended warranty had my car in for warranty work on the torque converter. That was fixed and the issue solved. had an intermittent rattle under the car. Loose bolt, which can happen on a job that big. Fixed as expected. the impressive part? No one questioned my statement that my car was super quiet, and then had the annoying rattle after the repair. Proffesional questions on when i noticed it. At what speed etc. In and out in about 20 minutes. Problem solved. Professional and courteous treatment! More

As a former truck mechanic, I appreciated and understood his explanation. It was a good way to build trust between the Heiser dealership staff and me as a customer.
