After having a bad experience with my local dealership I setup an appointment with Heiser (an hour from home) from scheduling the appointment, working with the Service agent, Tommy, and the final interactio setup an appointment with Heiser (an hour from home) from scheduling the appointment, working with the Service agent, Tommy, and the final interaction with the cashier every interaction left me with a positive feeling for Heiser and once again for Toyota. Tommy provided daily updates on what they were working on or parts that they were waiting on, which was very much appreciated! Tommy also was aware of our extended warranty and submitted the appropriate requests for coverage (I note this because it was not the case with our local dealership) The service department resolved all our concerns. I would highly recommend Heiser for Toyota Service! More
