Fair and straightforward I generally have my full armor when it comes to dealerships, but I have to say dealing with Helms Bros and Peter Fearon was a pleasure. I was coming I generally have my full armor when it comes to dealerships, but I have to say dealing with Helms Bros and Peter Fearon was a pleasure. I was coming in from out of state (PA) and from initial internet contact and figuring out logistics, through the final sale, everything went off without a hitch and I feel like I was dealt with fairly and honestly. The negotiation process was smooth (including trade-in) and reasonable. I got a little less for my trade than I wanted, but Peter was able to work with me on the price of the car. I did get my own financing beforehand so I can't comment on that piece of things. Overall I walked away feeling like I got a fair deal without a ton of game-playing to get there. Despite being under no obligation to do so, Peter even arranged to take the car (an Infiniti not a Mercedes) to a local Infiniti dealer for an oil change and service before I picked it up. I would certainly recommend both Helms Bros. and Peter if you're in the market for a car. More

We definitely wanted to establish a long-term relationship with the dealer we chose. We were certainly not disapopinted by Hels Brothers. Before making the trek to Bayside I touched base with Rich via phone who was incredibly helpful and followed through with the car availabilities promptly via e-mail after our phone chat. He was extremely patient as we decided (over a period of a couple hours!) which car to go with at the dealership. And when we returned to pick it up he had someone pick us up from the train station, took us thorugh a lengthy and helpful tutorial on all the new features, and even helped us install the bumper guards we brought. Overall, RICH DELIVERS THE TYPE OF SERVICE YOU EXPECT FOR WHEN YOU GO TO MERCEDES! We're only a couple months into our lease but are already looking forward to renewing with Rich. More
