I was helped by Evelyn Chin whom was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and not pushy. She made me feel as I was part of a family and to be honest for quite a few years I have been very hesitant to purchase a Mercedes due to some past experiences. Selecting a vehicle was sensational, the paperwork process was smooth and the delivery was phenomenal. This is the first time I have purchased a vehicle at Helms though I have been here in the past to take a look at vehicles and quite a few times for service. Our purchase of a preowned Mercedes from Helms Bros was a pure delight from the very beginning. I highly recommend our sales person Evelyn Chin for her knowledge and courtesy throughout the transaction. Matt Lunetta offered us an extended 2 year warranty that made us feel even more confident with our purchase. By the way, the preowned showroom is spacious and inviting. We also dealt with Sean Savage who also was extremely courteous and the service manager Richard Grein who was not only very professional but extremely passionate about his job. It's good to find a service manager who cares about his customers. He really does care. We look forward to his assurances in the future. We were also very pleased to meet John Kunz the preowned GM and Suzanne Cochrane who is the Helms Bros GM. They were both extremely gracious and more than helpful with our purchase and service. On top of Evelyn being an excellent, thorough, and honest car dealer, she is genuinely a sweet person. She made it her personal goal to explain all the in’s and out’s of my lease agreement to me and my co-signer, which was very helpful considering this was my FIRST car ever! She kept in constant contact with me and answered every and any question I had regarding the entire process and the vehicle itself. Evelyn made sure I was comfortable with my decision through the whole time and never rushed me to do anything. She was very respectful of my time and was able to request all the required paperwork from me prior to the final signing so that I was able to leave within a very short amount of time after arriving. To make the experience even better, I purchased my car Easter weekend and upon receiving my car keys Evelyn presented me with a very cute Easter basket, filled with a chocolate scented bunny- which I love!- and lots of good chocolate :). Just walked-in to the Helms Bros dealership to check out new Mercedes Benz SUVs a couple of days ago. I just had gone to their service center earlier in the day to have my really old C280 1994 checked out b new Mercedes Benz SUVs a couple of days ago. I just had gone to their service center earlier in the day to have my really old C280 1994 checked out but unfortunately the car just ran its course and it was time to shop around. I was helped by one of their friendliest, knowledgeable and helpful sales reps, Maurice Martin. In an hour I already filled out the application for a lease of a brand new ML 350 2014. The whole experience was so relaxed and painless. Martin worked hard on getting the car approved in the shortest possible time and I had the car ready the next day. I got the car that I want and very happy with the purchase experience. I will definitely recommend this dealership and especially Maurice Martin for his outstanding effort.
