⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointed with the service department. I brought my vehicle in and they performed a multi-point inspection. They noted that my tires needed to be replaced but instead of inform department. I brought my vehicle in and they performed a multi-point inspection. They noted that my tires needed to be replaced but instead of informing me or giving me the option to address it first, they went ahead and did the state inspection — which of course caused my vehicle to fail. This felt like a tactic to pressure me into buying tires directly from the dealership. That’s not honest or customer-focused service. A simple phone call or explanation before failing the inspection would have shown integrity and respect for the customer. Because of this experience, I won’t be trusting them with my vehicle again. My service was performed in a reasonable amount of time that passed so quickly given the beautiful and comfortable waiting area. Jeff even noticed that my license plate was missing a screw as I was ready to leave and he had me wait while he got the proper parts and righted my plate. I was so impressed.
