My experience at Hendrick BMW of Northlake was phenomenal! I had a windshield recalibration preformed, oil change, and had some plastic panel's replaced on my 2019 BMW 530E. Ty was super helpful a phenomenal! I had a windshield recalibration preformed, oil change, and had some plastic panel's replaced on my 2019 BMW 530E. Ty was super helpful and followed up with me on a daily basis to ensure me that everything was on track and being taken care of. She went out of her way to ensure that I had a smooth transition between my personal vehicle and loaner. She was super patient with me and went out of her way to get all my questions answered within a few hours time frame via text. Keep up the great work guys. Just wanted to write a quick review for Hendrick BMW Northlake and Carl Busby. My lease was up this year and I was torn between keeping my car and purchasing a new one. I absolutely loved my car and did Northlake and Carl Busby. My lease was up this year and I was torn between keeping my car and purchasing a new one. I absolutely loved my car and didn’t want to get out of it unless there was a carbon black combo. With only 4 2024’s remaining, Carl was able to find my dream combo of carbon black with cognac. It’s absolutely beautiful. Some could call it luck but I would call it diligence and great customer service. This is my 5th BMW and each time I can count on Carl to get exactly what I’m looking for delivered with a smile, attention to detail and professionalism.
