This is the second time Jeff Day has been my service advisor and I can’t say enough wonderful things about him. He takes the time to explain all options and doesn’t try to sell me on additional services I don’t yet need. He made sure I was in and out within the quoted timeframe and that I was kept informed along the way. A bonus - they have a super comfortable and clean waiting area with coffee, water, snacks, etc. I will never have my BMW serviced anywhere else! More
