First off I want to say I had an amazing experience with Hendrick BMW Northlake. My service advisor Blair went above and beyond helping me with my original and follow up service. I had my car towed in for a Hendrick BMW Northlake. My service advisor Blair went above and beyond helping me with my original and follow up service. I had my car towed in for a blown out tire and she was able to fit me in and insure I got my car taken care of fast and ensuring I was able to get what I wanted tire wise. On my follow up appointment she got me in to change out the other two tires to match my fronts. They also gave me a comprehensive video multi point inspection report and the technician pointed out a future repair that another BMW dealer failed to notice. BMW Northlake has made a customer out of me for as long as I own my BMW, it is a bit of a drive from where I live but the customer service I received from Blair and all others i interacted with was top notch. More
