I live in Sugar Mountain. Less than 48 miles away is Rick Hill BMW in Tenn. I have purchased 3 BMW's from Hendrick, all of which were "maintained" by Jeff Day at Northlake. Less than 48 miles away is Rick Hill BMW in Tenn. I have purchased 3 BMW's from Hendrick, all of which were "maintained" by Jeff Day at Northlake. I choose to drive 120 miles to Hendrick Northlake, solely because of Jeff Day. Not saying anything against Rick Hill; never been there. I just know that Jeff will ensure that my vehicle is well maintained since he is proactive in identifying required service, consumable replacements, etc., knowing that I am not local and it is not convenient for me to "drop by" for additional work. This latest purchase, I even bought the extended service and warranty, being assured that with Jeff's assistance, I will have a vehicle well maintained and fully operational for 7 years. I need this thorough kind of care; I drive 240 miles round trip for any required maintenance. More

He was professional and kept me informed of what was going on. Per a request to see my codes and prior couple of years of service, he printed them out and walked me through my concerns. Though not the outcome I wanted to hear, he was straightforward with the feedback from the tech which helped me to make an informed decision about what I needed to do.
