I worked with Jeff Limthong today and he was great! I dropped my car off in the morning as planned for regular maintenance, and later that day discovered I had a giant gash on the inside of one of my t I dropped my car off in the morning as planned for regular maintenance, and later that day discovered I had a giant gash on the inside of one of my tires. I planned on replacing them soon either way, but then I felt the need to do it immediately. I called Jeff and he was able to send a driver to their local warehouse, retrieve the new tires, install them, and do an alignment all within a couple hours! It was an excellent experience and I plan to continue going to this location as long as I own a BMW. More

I came in inquiring about a used BMW after totaling my car I’ve had since college. I have never bought a car w/o my family’s help so I was worried about being pressured into something I didn’t want or cou car I’ve had since college. After doing my research & setting my budget, I decided to visit BMW Northlake. Ligon greeted me at the door as I walked in & the rest is history. He stayed within my price range & only showed me cars I was interested in. No up selling or pressure at all. I was very nervous testing driving a luxury car for the first time but Ligon helped me to relax while enjoying what would be my new car. One thing that stood out was how he highlighted the safety features more instead of the bells & whistles of the car. Meant a lot to me to have that post accident. Within a day I got back to him with my finances ready. The rest of the staff was super helpful too. From showing a quick tutorial of the car, cleaning it, walking me through the details of the warranty (a huge deal for me), & just being nice and courteous to me while I waited for final approvals & paperwork. Ligon even arranged for one of the other associates to follow me & pick me up while I dropped my rental car off. I walked away with a new car & having my first car buying experience go better than I anticipated.. More
