My first visit to Hendrick BMW Northlake was out of necessity as I had normally gone to the Hendrick BMW Independence location (which was unavailable to fit me in for a couple of weeks). Jeffrey immediately identified my service needs and reassured me that everything would be taken care of in one visit. He has literally provided me with the best customer service I’ve experienced at ANY dealership. Jeffrey is informative, provides constant updates and always gets me in and out as quickly as possible. As a result, I’ve began having my car serviced at the Hendrick BMW Northlake location. All in all, each visit to Northlake is a smooth one. More
Andrew Johnson did such a great job helping me with my car service on Friday. I’ve never experienced that type of quality care from a dealership within the first few minutes of opening.
