My experience at Hendrick BMW of Northlake was phenomenal! I had a windshield recalibration preformed, oil change, and had some plastic panel's replaced on my 2019 BMW 530E. Ty was super helpful and followed up with me on a daily basis to ensure me that everything was on track and being taken care of. She went out of her way to ensure that I had a smooth transition between my personal vehicle and loaner. She was super patient with me and went out of her way to get all my questions answered within a few hours time frame via text. Keep up the great work guys. Special thanks to Chris (Service Manager) for taking his time to follow up with me with some personal issues that had occurred in my loaner. He was kind, respectful and understanding. Just wanted to write a quick review for Hendrick BMW Northlake and Carl Busby. My lease was up this year and I was torn between keeping my car and purchasing a new one. I absolutely loved my car and did Northlake and Carl Busby. My lease was up this year and I was torn between keeping my car and purchasing a new one. I absolutely loved my car and didn’t want to get out of it unless there was a carbon black combo. With only 4 2024’s remaining, Carl was able to find my dream combo of carbon black with cognac. It’s absolutely beautiful. Some could call it luck but I would call it diligence and great customer service. This is my 5th BMW and each time I can count on Carl to get exactly what I’m looking for delivered with a smile, attention to detail and professionalism. Hendrick had the BMW I wanted, and despite being 5 hours from home, the process was easy and without issues. Carl Busby provided everything I needed and I was able to do most at home online.
