I had a flat tire, called BMW, they had me in within an hour of mg call. Andrew (service advisor) was amazing. He reviewed my warranties, went ahead and had 2 other services performed so I wouldn’t have to hour of mg call. Andrew (service advisor) was amazing. 5 Stars is just not enough to rate Hendrick Northlake. This entire company works as a team and is impeccable at customer service and the service that they provide to your vehicle. I can attest to this bei This entire company works as a team and is impeccable at customer service and the service that they provide to your vehicle. I can attest to this being a customer that lives 3 hours away (2 hours and 50 minutes to be exact). I own a 2000 BMW E-series, one of the four BMW’S that I have the pleasure to experience. However, this particular car is special to me, it is a project in which I am doing some restoration. I recently had work done to it and when I received the vehicle back, I had a seatbelt light that would not go off. Well, living in the state of Virginia you cannot pass a State Inspection with a seatbelt light on. No one, BMW dealer, reputable garages nor technician could figure out what the issue was at this point and if they did, the price was unimaginable to pay. I was coming to a point in which I would have to make a decision, pay a ridiculous amount of money for someone to “guess” and hopefully fix the problem or count it done and scrap the vehicle for it is unsafe to drive a car that has a malfunction seat belt light on. As a last resort, I decided to take it to Hendrick Northlake BMW and have them take a look at it (I purchased my X4 from Hendrick), after all, through a year of dragging my car from garage to garage paying to “diagnose” this issue, I had nothing to lose. Well, this was the best decision I could have made. From the very beginning, my experience was superior, Amanda explained to me what they would begin to look at/for and ensured that my vehicle would be in the best technician’s hands – Jordan. Jordan’s meticulous work ethic is none I have ever experienced. Jordan, between the other technicians in the state of Virginia and North Carolina was able to correctly diagnose the problem and clear all dashboard lights while the vehicle was in his care. Being 3 hours away, I never had an anxious moment, Amanda kept me in the know before I could even begin to inquire on my vehicle. When I mentioned earlier this company works as a team – it means nothing if you can’t get the parts in within a timely manner. The parts department works magic, they were able to order my parts at great pricing 1/3 of the time quicker than I had been quoted by other businesses. Thank you Hendrick BMW of Northlake, I see why you EARN so many awards and recognition. You deserve it. You have my business 3 hours out from here on. More
