Oil Change I called BMW Tuesday morning to set up a oil change. I have had last three oil changes there. Woman on phone told me to bring car in Wednesday by 6pm I called BMW Tuesday morning to set up a oil change. I have had last three oil changes there. Woman on phone told me to bring car in Wednesday by 6pm and it would be ready following day. I show up Wednesday before 6pm after making car arrangements with wife and kids. They tell me they have no record of appointment and can’t do oil change, and although I just called Hendrick earlier to verify I have one oil change left on my program, BMW says I don’t . I’ve already set up appointment with another Hendrick Dealership who has assured me that I do. Whole situation was very inconvenient. Employees at BMW, although not helpful , were very pleasant and polite as always. More

Yuri went above and beyond to find the right vehicle for me. The entire team stayed late, arrived early, and worked during off days to help me. Shane worked closely with me from start to finish, providing great wisdom during the process. Yuri communicated with me daily and only tried to help, not sell a vehicle. Meaning his focus was on my needs in terms car type and budget. Dawson was very helpful and checked on me during the process and after. Honestly, they treated me like a family member. I did not feel the pressure of car reps trying to sell a vehicle, but more like friends trying to help out. I gained more than a new car , I gained friends who will be my contacts for future car purchases and services for a lifetime. I was so blessed by the entire experience from start to finish. Thank you for being a blessing! Oh, and I love my new car that was purchased at the best price in the state thanks to their help! Many times people assume that the dealership is always more expensive, but I had a different experience. They were able to beat any deal across the state! I still haven't seen a better deal for my car. More
Service Department went above and beyond for me. I was having a problem getting a service appointment with any dealer in the Charlotte are. I walked in and spoke with Eric who set up an appointment immediately. I brought the car in, the problem was identified and fixed, and they communicated with me throughout the process. My car was fixed in one day, and when I went to pick it up, I dealt with some of the nicest people I have ever met. This is the only dealership for me! More

Service trip I was met promptly for my scheduled appointment and had decided to wait because a lonner car was not going to be available for a couple weeks so the w I was met promptly for my scheduled appointment and had decided to wait because a lonner car was not going to be available for a couple weeks so the wait was a bit long at 5 hours but there was a good waiting area with drinks and snacks and a desk and internet to keep myself occupied. I would have appreciated more frequent updates with progress but didn’t really expect it to be fast since I had a couple of services required. More

Purchase of 2019 BMW 430i I was familiar with the dealership for a short.time. I relocated. to NC a year ago and was glad to find a dealer.close by. I brought my car in for service a couple times and really liked how the staff treated customers; always smiling and willing to help. I was on my way out after getting my car serviced and I was approached by Carl, in sales. He asked me if I had a salesman I told him no. He handed me his card and and told me to come see him if I was interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle. I decided to come back and take look around. What I like about Carl was he was not pushy, he allowed me to look around, and if I had questions to let him know. I really appreciated that!! He was the best part of my experience. So, if anyone is interested in a vehicle used or new I highly recommend Carl Busby!!! More
