Service beyond ultimate! Eric has always provided great service for my ultimate driving machines, but this last experience goes beyond great. I recently purchased my dream car Eric has always provided great service for my ultimate driving machines, but this last experience goes beyond great. I recently purchased my dream car, a 2017///M6 Competition. I have had three 650i coupes, but this was always the pinnacle for me. After just 500 miles, I got rear ended at a traffic light. I was devastated. After a month and a half at the body shop, I finally got my ///M6 back. I drove it directly to Eric at Northlake to have the control modules and safety systems reset. He and the technician did a thorough exam and informed they had to order some parts from Germany and wanted to check the alignment and exhaust system while they had it. As usual, Eric made sure I had the best courtesy transportation he could provide. He called me on Thanksgiving eve to let me know I could pick it up. When I arrived, he informed me of all the repairs they had completed including an alignment (body shop didn't do it like I was told) and a full inspection of the exhaust system that was impacted during the accident. All was good now and just like new car delivery day, the car had been detailed and was in prestige condition when I drove away. Truly an "Ultimate" service experience! More
Service Customers Beware! I recently had a 12:30p weekday appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. It took these guys more than 3 HOURS to do what should have taken abo I recently had a 12:30p weekday appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. It took these guys more than 3 HOURS to do what should have taken about an hour. That's the whole point of making an appointment. The service adviser, service manager and dealership manager were courteous when I voiced my complaint. But courtesy does not overcome poor service, nor does it address the wasted time.
