I came to Northlake due to an issue with a service advisor at another Charlotte BMW dealership. Jeff Limthong is the standard by which other service advisors should be judged. Wow. Jeff Limthong was THE BEST to work with. When my 2023 BMW X1 malfunctioned due to a faulty software update, the schedulers at BMW Northlake repeatedl Jeff Limthong was THE BEST to work with. When my 2023 BMW X1 malfunctioned due to a faulty software update, the schedulers at BMW Northlake repeatedly put me through to Autoguard, where I was going to have to pay for a tow. But once I got on the line with Jeff, my experience took a 180 turn. Jeff was so calm and helpful. He directed me to BMW Roadside Assistance, which covered my tow, called an Uber for me, stayed in touch as my problem was being diagnosed, and made me happy to be a BMW owner, which was not the case when I was uncertain what was wrong and how I was going to get my car to the dealership. Jeff is friendly, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful. He turned a bad day into a great one! More
