I have two BMWs that I get serviced at Hendrick Northlake (Charlotte). I choose this dealership for service even though it is over 20 miles from my house and there are other service centers closer. I have had everything done from a simple oil change to a Dinan Stage 3 turbo upgrade. They always treat me with respect and allow me to make decisions about service work that is recommended or needed. The work is completed in a timely manner and if there is ever an issue with parts they communicate proactively.
