My wife attempted to start her X3 and there was no power. I used my battery status check and charging system device and it would not register any charge. We had to call BMW Roadside assistance who responded I used my battery status check and charging system device and it would not register any charge. We had to call BMW Roadside assistance who responded quickly and completed a jump start using a Noco Boost. I asked the tech about the device, and he provided a lot of details. I drove the vehicle to BMW Northlake, and I had to stop for a traffic light two minutes from the dealer. The vehicle stalled as I forgot to deactivate the engine stop mode. I called the dealership and I spoke with Service Advisor Amanda Bradshaw, who immediately sent a tech to jump start the vehicle. I was concerned that another driver would rear end the vehicle as I could not activate the hazard lights. The tech used the same Noco Boost and he also provided some details about the device. I left the vehicle at the dealership and Amanda kept me informed as to the vehicle status and repair. This is especially important as follow-up is critical. The tech sent me a video to inform me about his findings, a dead battery, and made the required repairs and inspections. BMW Northlake is always tier one with sales & service! Amanda and the team did a fantastic job as always! I also take my 428 M Sport to Northlake! (The same day I ordered the Noco Boost so I will not be stranded again. Highly recommend this to everyone.)
