Had an oil leak in our beloved 2014 BMW X5. Jeffrey Limthong was extremely helpful at drop off and told me what I could expect, then finished by getting me into the loaner I had arranged, all Jeffrey Limthong was extremely helpful at drop off and told me what I could expect, then finished by getting me into the loaner I had arranged, all in record time. Soon after I got home, I had a video of the underside of my vehicle showing me exactly where the oil leak was coming from. Shortly after that, I had a complete estimate of the work to be done. Jeffrey called me to verify that I had seen the estimate and to see if I had any questions. He told me how long the repair would take at that time. Fast-forward to pick-up time, my wife and I dropped the loaner off and were quickly taken to our repaired X5. Very smooth experience and not a drop of oil on the ground since. Side note - we took a rock to the windshield of the loaner while it was in our possession. Hendrick BMW was very understanding and worked with our insurance company to get the windshield replaced. Again, very smooth experience. Great place to have your BMW serviced with great people across the board. Jeffrey Limthong is wonderful to work with. More
