I made an appointment to have my BMW X3 battery replaced. After waiting TWO HOURS their representative told me they did not have a battery for my X3. The X3 is not a rare vehicle. The manager explained that they did a complete inspection of the vehicle before beginning to exchange the battery, thus the two hour delay in telling me. I did not aske for an inspection. They should have had a battery for my BMW before I arrived. After I asked more questions, the manager admitted that they've had a problem getting batteries for several weeks. This should have prompted them to ensure they had a battery for an X3 before my arrived. All I got was excuses. No apology. No date when they'd have a battery. No offer of compensation for the time they cost me. So, I went to nearby tire store. They had the correct battery and gave me a state inspection in less than an hour. More

Dropped my BMW off for detailing and I always have an outstanding experience with Jeffrey Limthong as my service rep and Chris the service manager. They always seem to go the extra mile for me.
