Had an oil leak in our beloved 2014 BMW X5. Jeffrey Limthong was extremely helpful at drop off and told me what I could expect, then finished by getting me into the loaner I had arranged, all Jeffrey Limthong was extremely helpful at drop off and told me what I could expect, then finished by getting me into the loaner I had arranged, all in record time. Soon after I got home, I had a video of the underside of my vehicle showing me exactly where the oil leak was coming from. Shortly after that, I had a complete estimate of the work to be done. Jeffrey called me to verify that I had seen the estimate and to see if I had any questions. He told me how long the repair would take at that time. Fast-forward to pick-up time, my wife and I dropped the loaner off and were quickly taken to our repaired X5. Very smooth experience and not a drop of oil on the ground since. Side note - we took a rock to the windshield of the loaner while it was in our possession. Hendrick BMW was very understanding and worked with our insurance company to get the windshield replaced.
