From the minute I pulled into the service department, I felt cared for. Blaire Smith met me with a smile and took care of all my automotive needs. She is very knowledgeable and found the current prepaid maintenence plan that I could utilize. I needed a new tire that had to be ordered and had to leave my car overnight. I had not requested a loner but she made sure I got home and picked up the next day to get my car. Blaire is a jewel and Peggy Caple is also a bright light. She made sure I was comfortable while waiting for my ride. And insisted I called the dealership when I got home. Blair and Peggy should be the face of BMW. They are the epitome of the core values of the dealership. I will return because of their positive customer relations. More
