We appreciate working with Jeff Day. Because of him, our car was serviced on the appointment day within working hours. It seems that on occasion the service department gets backed up due Because of him, our car was serviced on the appointment day within working hours. It seems that on occasion the service department gets backed up due to customers lining up at the door in the morning to pick up cars. For those of us with appointments, this can push our service off to a 2nd day, causing us the inconvenience of making an extra trip to the dealership.
