Excellent service and sales We had to trade our Mazda 3 in at very short notice today, and our sales rep Beau Conners was awesome. We had some shorty work done at a private mecha We had to trade our Mazda 3 in at very short notice today, and our sales rep Beau Conners was awesome. We had some shorty work done at a private mechanic which resulted in essentially totaling the car. Robert Sigman our service guy here worked with us to figure out exactly what needed to be done to try and salvage our old Mazda. Regrettably, the break lines were ruined resulting in a multitude of leaks and damaged parts. He put us in contact with the sales department which ended up eating the $700 service charge built up in their efforts. We wereae to get in and out in a couple of hours. They were able to take what we wanted, gas mileage specs, and payment range into account and help us find the perfect fit. The first car we looked at matched us but we did look at a couple more before settling on a 2013 mini. Not only Beau but the whole of the staff were able to help us keep our nerves down through such a stressful event. Overall, we were able to stay well within our price range with no pressure from any of the staff. I would recommend mall of ga Mazda for anyone looking to finance a new or cpo car, or to anyone needing to service any vehicle. More

However, I went into Mall of GA Mazda and my faith in mankind has been restored. From the minute I pulled in the lot to when we closed are deal it was a great experience. Our salesman, Beau Connors, actually took the time to listen to our needs, made notes, and offered us several very good options. He was very personable and made us feel like he was working for us. We also had the pleasure of working with Tracy Williams and John Dehass who were both very professional and made the process very easy. When we left, we didn't just leave with a great deal on a used truck but we also left feeling like we had made 3 new friends. By the way, the sales folks are not paid on commission, so you don't get the pushy pitch nor do you feel like a hostage begging for the experience to end. Awesome Job! More
