I'm left with the exact car I wanted for less than I expected AND with a warranty. I did have to go back and forth with the finance manager a little bit, because I don't appreciate when I feel i'm being expected AND with a warranty. For the most part, they're straight-forward, no pressure, and I appreciate a salesman that's honest and doesn't try to take advantage of me or the fact that I have bad credit. I got the car I wanted for a payment LESS than what I said i could afford. I cannot express how awesome that is and how much it speaks to their honesty as a dealership. I really feel like they cared about my specific situation and what I wanted versus what they could get me in or what they could make numbers work for. Thank you! More
If you are looking for a great place to buy a car look no further than Mazda Mall of Ga. Their customer service is outstanding. I can't say enough great things about their entire staff. it was bad from the start. i was sent a E-mail showing me a pic of a truck i really liked i told them i would be there shortly its a 65 mile drive for me to get there. when i walked in the door one and a hal a pic of a truck i really liked i told them i would be there shortly its a 65 mile drive for me to get there. when i walked in the door one and a half hours later i was told the truck i came to look at was sold and gone all ready they didnt have anymore trucks like that one there.(i was looking for a mazda king cab)i was mad as xxxx like my time is worth nothing i thought i was working with a better class of dealers not like some fly by night buy here pay here used car lot after thinking about it i see how they got me with a bait and swich.with that being said i was going for the door and the salesman talked me into comeing back. mr w seemed nice talked good he is a good salesmen i belived him my bad he showed me a few trucks on the web that were on other lots in other states so he found a nissa frontier and asked if i would like to look at that one and i said sure it was in fla he said he could get in ga in a few days i told him i didnt want to buy anything i couldnt touch or drive he said i didnt have to buy it if i didnt like it but i would need to sign the paper so they could move the truck to ga (MY BAD really bad) it showed up i didnt like it the tranny shiffs hard over all just didnt like the truck but after four hours of telling them forget it give me the keys to my trade in so i could leave they informed me that they bought the truck to move it and were i signed the truck was mine and i had to take it like it or not.i toke the truck becase my credit is worth more then this (bad deal ).a week later they said they would work with me to get me out of this truck ya they sure would for six to eight thusand more dollars and i also paid two thusand more then the truck was worth already oh ya when i made the trip back there agin to look at the tocoma they said they had for me surprize its not there and they tried so sell me another nissa another waste of my time and gas iam sure all of RICS dealer ships are not like this but this has been a nightmare iam not new at buying cars i just trusted when i should have walk out the door so to sume it up they got me so i say if you walk in them doors keep your guard up.iam sure no one will read this becase its a bad review thanks anyway.darryl finley lavonia ga. I’m really unsatisfied and very regretful buying a car in Mazda Mall of Georgia, The reason for this bad review it’s because I bought a pre-owned mazda 3 with them and they couldn’t get me a temporary tag ar Mazda Mall of Georgia, The reason for this bad review it’s because I bought a pre-owned mazda 3 with them and they couldn’t get me a temporary tag arguing that the ‘Printer was broken’… Of course this was not true since I came back the next day , just as they asked me just to receive another excuse that their system was unable to communicate to the state to print me a tag, that maybe there was a problem with the VIN number, here’s when my frustration started since neither the sales person or the finance person was giving me a straight answer , I don’t feel comfortable driving a car without a tag but apparently they think is “Normal”, since they kept telling me things like “there is no reason for the police to pull you over” , “we do it all the time with other cars , don’t worry” but I just think that is not the right thing or not even close to the image a Rick Hendricks dealership should give. Anyway , they told me they will be calling me when the tag is ready “next day“, after 4 days without a call ,I came back to talk to a sales manager to let him know how frustrated I was and he told me that he didn’t know anything about that so he was unable to give me an answer for something he didn’t know about, and that he will get it fixed by Monday since it was Saturday and he couldn’t do anything at that point ugghh So , today is Thursday ( another 4 days ) and I still don’t have my tag ( almost 2 weeks with a car I can’t drive ) , apparently the person who trade it in didn’t pay taxes for it and the state was unable to release a tag until those taxes were paid, and I keep getting excuses and promises that will get fixed next day and/or a call back the same day which it never happened, Any of my calls were returned by anyone , not even the manager who I thought was going to be accountable for it. The only thing that they really did next day was cashing the check for the down payment. At this point , I just hope not having problems when I go to DMV to get a license plate. Stay away from this dealer, no one seems to have any sort of accountability for what happens with their cars, and from my experience, they seem to be selling pre-owned cars that are not ready to be driven. Definitely not recommending this to anyone. More
Sonya Chung was by far the best car salesperson I have ever dealt with. The experience with her was definitely one of kind and the way I love to be treated as a customer. She had such a positive attitude, created a real relationship, and came off as genuinely wanting what was best for me instead of just wanting to make a sale. When the time comes for me to buy another car, I will defintiely be looking for Sonya Chung. She made my experience fun, and I will be looking forward to my next visit! More
I always dread new car shopping .. However this time for the first time it was for my Daughter so it made things a little easier. She really liked the CX 5's but had no idea she would be getting a new one. the first time it was for my Daughter so it made things a little easier. She really liked the CX 5's but had no idea she would be getting a new one. With her Birthday right behind Christmas I decided to bite the bullet and just get her a new car. We didnt do this just for the looks and appearance, but mainly for the reliability since she would be heading out to college in a couple years. We went to a couple other dealerships to look at CX 5's but ended back up at Hendrick iat Mall of GA for a 2nd time. That is when we were introduced to Sonya. We knew what we were looking for but Sonya Chung did a great job in narrowing down the specifics, showing us the inventory and educating us on the difference of the CX 5's. Being in Sales and Management for over 20 years I can get a good read on people on the way they act and conduct themselves on both sides of the sales game. I can tell if they are just giving a song and dance for their $$ or if they really truley care about what they are doing..Sonya was personable, very out going and always ready to help in any fashion possible. We had a set price and negotiated for a couple of hours. In the end we got what we wanted and were ready to give this new car to my daughter on Christmas Eve. Sonya even went the extra mile and let us keep the car on the lot (Which we bought 30 days earlier) and personaly delivered it to our house on Christmas eve. Now thats service... Wasted my time! Bad experience! I will tell everyone anytime a car discussion comes up. Word of mouth is the best advertising - especially NEGATIVE comments.
