Was lied to repeatedly I spoke with a saleswoman named Natalie over chat a couple days before coming in person. She refused to offer me a quote but swore up and down that th I spoke with a saleswoman named Natalie over chat a couple days before coming in person. She refused to offer me a quote but swore up and down that they would match or beat any price from truecar.com, and they they "have the billboards to prove" that they're the absolute best dealership in all of Georgia. Few days later at the dealership with the truecar price printed out like they requested (for the exact model) they see it at 17,696. They say nothing and we spend almost 3 hours there going though every detail etc. Then when it comes time to pay they say "sorry, but this price isn't a real one, Hennessy never honors their prices" (the truecar quote was from hennessy). So after spending 90 minutes on chat repeatedly guaranteeing me to match or beat a price, once you're actually in there they deny everything based on the pretense that other dealerships won't honor their prices/promises either. They raised the price from the truecar quote of 17,696 to 21+ but "generously" offered to take 450$ off. Increase a price by 3.5k but decrease it by 450. Obviously we walked out immediately. And to make things even worse, after all the negative things they said about Hennessy's, I ended up getting the exact deal from truecar.com from them and bought the car from them the following day. More

Worst experience of my life! My husband and i went to purchase a vehicle from mazda. James did an good job helping up pick out our new truck! We went ahead and did all the paper work and signed the "Contract" While signing all the paperwork all they ever asked for was our drivers licence and nothing else. They told us we were approved and we traded our car and they were supposed to pay it off. We left in our new truck under the impression that everything was taken care of and my car loan would be paid off within days. A about 2 days went by and i started receiving calls from Armon requesting additional documentation for proof of residency and income for my husband which is the primary signer. I sent the info he requested and did not hear back for another couple days. I then spoke with John and advsd they still needed more info for the bank to approve the loan. I asked why i was told that i was approved and allowed to leave with the vehicle and they still needed more documents. I then asked why a week after i traded my car that my car loan had not been paid off. The assured me everything was going to be ok and they would pay it off asap. Another week went by and i still didnt hear anything and my loan still wasnt paid. I purchased the vehicle on 06/14/14 and it was just completely paid off today 07/08/14. They had called me and told me they sold my car by the way about 3 days after i traded my vehicle. In the end i had to have a different co-signer after threats that the vehicle was going to be taken away and my car would not be paid unless i came to sign a higher interest rate in my own name. This is the worst car buying process i have ever had. I have never experienced such unorganized people. Be careful before you buy here you may be caught in there little scam....... More
