I brought my car in for an oil change, state inspection, and to have the brakes and the optional rear view mirror checked. Later when the servicer had determined the problem with the rear view mirror and had examined the brakes, David called me with a report, explaining what was causing the noise in the brakes and assuring me that there was no safety problem with them. He also told me what it would take to resolve the problem with the mirror and told me the cost of replacement. Later he called me to let me know that the car was ready to be picked up. All in all, my experience with the service department at Performance has been positive and I do recommend that others use their service for Subaru products. More

Brought my Subaru in for oil change and general check up of the car was included. Gus Allen was clear on what needed to be done in the future and there were no extra charges. I must also add that Performance Subaru has a great car service to bring you home or to work and pick you up at a designated time as well, I will continue to use the dealership despite the fact that my service plan with Subaru has expired. What was supposed to be a four day job took ten business days. This was unacceptable. I had service work that I also wanted done, but it couldn't be done in the time you had my car. When I picked the car up, the parking lights were on and while the car was locked, one of the doors was not closed tightly. Also the rear window wiper was broken. This is not the type of treatment I except from a Subaru dealer. I took the car to another dealer for the service work. The damage being repaired was not that extensive. While I understand that State Farm had to approve additional work, it should not have taken six additional work days to complete the job. I had had an oil change there previously and was treated very well. That's why I brought the car there for the body work. More
