He also showed a tremendous amount of knowledge about both the brand and the car. By the end of the process, I didn't really think of him as a salesperson, but more as someone who was partnering with me to help make a dream come true. He really made me feel like part of the family. I've bought cars from other luxury dealers before, but this experience was on a completely different level; much more personalized and pleasant.
